HARABARA KEBAB

Ingredients-

SPINACH(blanched and finely chopped)
GREEN PEAS
POTATOES(boiled and smashed)
GREEN CHILLIES(finely chopped)
GINGER(finely chopped)-optional
CORIANDER LEAVES(finely chopped)
CHAT MASALA
SALT
CORN FLOUR
OIL

Procedure-

1. Mix all the ingredients into a fine paste.
2. Make round patties of the paste and pan fry on both the sides.
OR
3. Put the paste to a tooth pick and pan fry on all the sides.

Serve with MINT CHUTNEY.



PASTA

Ingredients-

PASTA(penne,macaroni,spaghetti)
RED SAUCE(pizza sauce)/WHITE SAUCE
CHILLI FLAKES
OREGANO
OLIVE OIL
SALT
CHEESE(grated)
VEGETABLES OR CHICKEN OR NOTHING

Procedure-

1.Take a bowl+pasta+salt+oil+water - boil until its cooked.
2. Drain the water and leave the pasta aside.
3. Take a wok+oil+sauce+veg/chicken - boil.
4.Add pasta+cheese+chilli flakes+salt+oregano - cook until its blend well.

Serve with grated cheese once again on the top.


BREAD STICKS

Ingredients-

Pizza base mould
vamu / tymol seeds

Procedure-

1. Take the base prepared for pizza , roll them long and round. 
2. Sprinkle vamu / tymol seeds and put them in the oven.


OVEN-

Bake it for 8-10min.


LASAGNA

Ingredients-

PIZZA SAUCE/RED SAUCE
WHITE SAUCE
PASTA SHEETS
CHEESE(grated)
OLIVE OIL

For VEG - (onions,tomatoes,capsicum,paneer,babycorn,sweet corn)
For CHICKEN - diced chicken

Procedure-

1. Apply olive oil to the base and sides of the container and add a layer of red sauce/pizza sauce.
2. Add veg/chicken as a layer then white sauce.
3. Add pasta sheets as the next layer and add grated cheese.

Repeat the above steps until the container is filled 3/4th.

Oven:

Pre-heat at 220C and bake for 20min.

RISSOTO

Ingredients-

1/2 cup RICE
2 tbsp BUTTER
2 cups of WATER
1 cup MILK
WHITE PEPPER POWDER
ONIONS(chopped)
ROSEMARY
CHEESE(grated)
OREGANO

Procedure-

1.Take a wok+butter+rice - fry it and leave it for half an hour aside until the rice to gets in the butter.
2. Add water+milk+butter+white pepper+onions - boil until the rice is cooked.
3. Add rosemary+milk+grated cheese+oregano just before serving.

Note: Can add sweet corn,spring onions also to the recipe(optional).

WHITE SAUCE

Ingredients-

BUTTER
WHITE PEPPER powder
2tsp MAIDA
1/2 ONION( finely chopped )
1/2 cup MILK
30ml WATER
1/2 cup CHEESE (grated)

Procedure-

1. Take a wok+butter+onions - let it fry until it loses its raw smell.
2. Add maida+white pepper+milk+water+cheese - boil until it is cooked and then add salt to taste.

PIZZA

PIZZA BASE

Ingredients-

1+1/4 cup MAIDA
1+1/4 tsp  YEAST
1 tsp SUGAR
1/4 tsp SALT
1/4 cup WATER

Procedure-

1. Bowl+luke warm water+yeast+sprinkle sugar and leave it until the yeast soaks in the water.
2. Bowl+maida+salt+yeast paste+ mix well and make it into a dough.
Note: Place a wet cloth over the bowl and leave it for an hour and later stretch and knead the dough well and leave it for half an hour.

PIZZA SAUCE


Ingredients-

1/4 Bangalore TOMATOES(puree)
1/2 cup TOMATO SAUCE
1 tbsp Red Chilli flakes
Origano
Garlic (finely chopped)
Onions (finely chopped)
Olive Oil

Procedure-

1. Take a wok + olive oil + garlic +onions - fry until it loses the raw smell.
2. Blend both the tomato puree and tomato sauce and add in the wok and boil them.
3. Add water for consistency + chilli flakes + oregano + salt - to taste.

PIZZA TOPPINGS


Ingredients-

Onions
Tomatoes
Capsicum(RED,YELLOW,GREEN)
Paneer
Baby Corn
Chicken
Mozzarella Cheese(grated)

Procedure-


PAN PIZZA
Take a pan+apply oil+take the dough and spread on the pan and pinch the edges +spread the sauce+add the toppings+sprinkle the cheese+put on sim and close with the lid for 6-8min.

OVEN PIZZA
Pre-heat temp : 220C
Baking time: 7-10 min
