HARABARA KEBAB

Ingredients-

SPINACH(blanched and finely chopped)
GREEN PEAS
POTATOES(boiled and smashed)
GREEN CHILLIES(finely chopped)
GINGER(finely chopped)-optional
CORIANDER LEAVES(finely chopped)
CHAT MASALA
SALT
CORN FLOUR
OIL

Procedure-

1. Mix all the ingredients into a fine paste.
2. Make round patties of the paste and pan fry on both the sides.
OR
3. Put the paste to a tooth pick and pan fry on all the sides.

Serve with MINT CHUTNEY.
