RISSOTO

Ingredients-

1/2 cup RICE
2 tbsp BUTTER
2 cups of WATER
1 cup MILK
WHITE PEPPER POWDER
ONIONS(chopped)
ROSEMARY
CHEESE(grated)
OREGANO

Procedure-

1.Take a wok+butter+rice - fry it and leave it for half an hour aside until the rice to gets in the butter.
2. Add water+milk+butter+white pepper+onions - boil until the rice is cooked.
3. Add rosemary+milk+grated cheese+oregano just before serving.

Note: Can add sweet corn,spring onions also to the recipe(optional).
