PIZZA

PIZZA BASE

Ingredients-

1+1/4 cup MAIDA
1+1/4 tsp  YEAST
1 tsp SUGAR
1/4 tsp SALT
1/4 cup WATER

Procedure-

1. Bowl+luke warm water+yeast+sprinkle sugar and leave it until the yeast soaks in the water.
2. Bowl+maida+salt+yeast paste+ mix well and make it into a dough.
Note: Place a wet cloth over the bowl and leave it for an hour and later stretch and knead the dough well and leave it for half an hour.

PIZZA SAUCE


Ingredients-

1/4 Bangalore TOMATOES(puree)
1/2 cup TOMATO SAUCE
1 tbsp Red Chilli flakes
Origano
Garlic (finely chopped)
Onions (finely chopped)
Olive Oil

Procedure-

1. Take a wok + olive oil + garlic +onions - fry until it loses the raw smell.
2. Blend both the tomato puree and tomato sauce and add in the wok and boil them.
3. Add water for consistency + chilli flakes + oregano + salt - to taste.

PIZZA TOPPINGS


Ingredients-

Onions
Tomatoes
Capsicum(RED,YELLOW,GREEN)
Paneer
Baby Corn
Chicken
Mozzarella Cheese(grated)

Procedure-


PAN PIZZA
Take a pan+apply oil+take the dough and spread on the pan and pinch the edges +spread the sauce+add the toppings+sprinkle the cheese+put on sim and close with the lid for 6-8min.

OVEN PIZZA
Pre-heat temp : 220C
Baking time: 7-10 min
